29 CFR 1910.23(a)(4) Skylights were not guarded by a standard skylight screen or a fixed standard railing on all exposed sides: (a) On or about April 6, 2015, and at times prior, Gruma Corporation did not ensure that all skylights were guarded by a standard skylight screen or a fixed standard railing on all exposed sides. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 12 feet, in that the skylights on the roof of the tortilla production building, were not guarded by standard screens or railings on all exposed sides. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
