29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Facility, where electrical equipment not used as listed and labeled included: 1. Accounting Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Lasko Oscillating floor heater. (Item Corrected) 2. Accounting Cubicle, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Lasko floor heater. 3. Warehouse Office, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to electronic equipment. (Item Corrected) 4. Garden Section, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to equipment including, the battery charger on the Komatsu pallet jack. The U.S. Navy Exchange was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 314898958, citation no. 1, item no. 2, issued on April 21, 2011 with respect to a workplace at Marysville, WA.
