Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.  At the construction site located at 6335 East Broad Street. Columbus, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on a two story hotel building with a pitch of approximately 5 in 12 and approximately 17 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
