OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to a fall hazard: On or about April 9, 2015, at 2817 Lorie Lane, Marrero, LA, the employer allowed employees to utilize a towable aerial lift trailer (JLG, T350/SN-30003703) without adequate fall protection while performing tree trimming operations. . The height of the working surface was approximately 20 feet.
