The employer and building and faculty owners did not exercise due diligence in complying with requirements to inform employers and employees about presence and location of ACM and PACM.  a) Old Faithfull Inn: On or about April 10, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the inhalation of asbestos while replacing broken steam lines wrapped with asbestos insulation.
