29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function. a) Springfield Symphony hall 34 Court St., Springfield MA: On or about April 6th, 2015 two employees were performing work activity on the roof of this building more than 25 Feet above the ground below and the employee monitor was engaged in work activity installing permanent roof anchors.
