29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:      a) On or about April 13, 2015, the employer did not train sanitation employees on the revised Hazard Communication Standard (GHS) label elements and the new format and types of information on each section of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Employees used corrosive chemicals, nightly to clean and sanitize equipment,  including but not limited to, AFCO 0251 Chlorilizer Plus (contains sodium hypo chloride/ sodium hydroxide, pH ~ 12.8), AFCO 5380 Poni Acid (contains phosphoric and nitric acid,  pH 1.7), AFCO 5316 Power Foam HD (contains sodium hydroxide, pH 12.8 - 13.7), AFCO 5722 Foamy Acid Cleaner (contains phosphoric and nitric acid cleaner, pH ~ 1.7), AFCO 4312 Vigilquat (liquid  pH 6.0 - 8.0), AFCO 6008 Millennium Yellow (contains sodium hydroxide and sodium hypochlorite, pH 13.5), trichloro-triazinetrione  (contains chlorine, pH is 3.0 to 3.5)
