Location - 108 Billerica Road, Billerica, MA: On or about 3/31/2015, employees were using a scissor lift that had the safety gate removed, among other means, one feasible means of abatement would be to read and follow the manufacturer's operation manual in which it states Do not operate the machine unless the guard rails are properly installed and the entry is secured for operation.
