29 CFR 1910.333(c)(7): Portable ladders did not have nonconductive siderails when they were used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized parts. a) This violation occurred on or about April 10, 2015, when employees used a 40-foot aluminum extension ladder near overhead power lines. While the employees were retracting the ladder, it contacted a power line.
