29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:    (a)    At the screen print shop, on or about 4-10-2015:  The employer had not developed or implemented a hazard communication program, where products including but not limited to irritant plastisol inks, flammable and corrosive toners and press cleaners were in use.      Abatement certification must be submitted.
