29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exis(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY THE HAZARDOUS CONDITION AND THE DEFICIENT ACTION) On or about 04/10/2015, where workers were conducting roofing work on a two story residential building, the employer did not perform jobsite inspection to recognize the hazards present at the worksite. The employer who controlled the worksite was himself on the roof top of the building without any fall protection.
