29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: A. On or about April 9, 2015, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, 58 Pickett District Road, New Milford, Connecticut jobsite: An employee conducting a consultation in a hot part of the facility felt weak and collapsed, and was then hospitalized. The incident was reported to OSHA on April 13, 2015.
