29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular had-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut:    a) Front of jobsite: On or about 4-14-2015, employees were using a De Walt circular table saw without a guard to rip lengths of siding. 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:    a) West outside wall of jobsite: On or about 4-14-2015, an employee was standing on a pump-jack scaffold installing siding at a work height of approximately 14 feet without a fall protection system in place.
