The bench grinder was located in the fire cache area at the Burns Interagency Communications Center in Burns, Oregon.    The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 107193, notice number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on February 13, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Eugene, Oregon.

The Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 283515, notice number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at the Salem District Office in Oregon.
