29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(i): Flexible cords and cables were not approved or conditions of use and location: Office space: On or about April 8, 2015 and times prior thereto, a BLM employee had plugged two re-locatable power taps into one another. This exposed employees to smoke inhalation hazard from the potential of a fire from over loading the power taps.
