29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. a) Janitorial Utility Room Employee enters the janitorial utility room for cleaning equipment and access to the mop sink. The room was also being used for storing metal shelves and was not kept in an orderly condition; on, or about, 04/15/2015. REPEAT VIOLATION: DOLLAR TREE STORES, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, its equivalent, or essentially similar standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 92089 , Citation #1, Item #1 , issued on 10/05/2011, and became Final Order on 10/31/2011. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
