29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator of a forklift completed the training consisting workplace-related topics listed in 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)[A] - [I] of this section: a) SCI Sewing Collection, 1831 Burnet Ave., Union, NJ, Dock Area, Door #1 - Forklift training did not include addressing surface conditions where the vehicle is to be operated. The employer failed to train, develop and implement a procedure to ensure that trailers are not removed from the dock door(s) before they are closed and ready to be pulled from the dock. Condition observed on or about 4/13/2015.
