29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) On or about 04/14/15 in the Press Room; employer failed to protect employees who use the Crystal Aqua ( causes severe skin burns and eye damage) against the effects of contact with a corrosive liquid, when they did not provide a suitable facility for the flushing of the eyes and body. 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts of the unguarded auger conveyor:   a) On or about 04/14/15 in the Press area; employees who pushed apple pulp along the floor into the 50 inch open section of the auger conveyor were exposed to the ingoing nip points created by the unguarded rotating auger.      b) On or about 04/14/15 in the Bakery area; employees who use the Hobart floor mixer were exposed to caught between hazards when the dough hook was not guarded.     ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQURIED

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) On or about 04/14/15 in the Press Room; employees used hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to Crystal Aqua ( causes severe skin burns and eye damage) and employer failed to provide a written program describing, such as but not limited to, how they accomplish employee training on proper usage of hazardous chemicals, location of Safety Data Sheets, labeling, proper protective equipment, emergency action should exposure contact with this liquid occur.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
