29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): The employer did not review the operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: (a) On or about 04/09/2015 - MBUSA Plant 2, employees operating a Tugger (Model T7ZAC, Serial #C477N01640M) were exposed to struck-by hazards due to a lack of additional training as directed by the Manufacturer's Operating Manual such as, but not limited to, shutting off power, setting the parking brake, and returning speed/direction control off when leaving the truck unattended.
