Condition observed on/or about April 13, 2015.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 43 Glen Ridge Avenue, North Brunswick, NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 12' and 20' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about April 13, 2015. Ammi Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314806621, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/09/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 115 South Main Street, Marlboro, NJ.
