29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer than 10 ft. to exposed and energized power lines.  (a)U.S. Mountain Masonry, LLC at 3219 W. 21st Ave., Denver, CO 80211: On and before April 14th, 2015, the exposing employer failed to ensure that a scaffold system in use by his employees was the required distance from energized power lines.  Specifically, the employer failed to ensure that the top sections of the scaffold in use by employees, made of conducting material, were more than 10 feet away from un-insulated energized power lines. The condition exposed employees to shock and electrocution hazards.
