29 CFR 1910.303(h)(3): Work space about equipment. Sufficient space was not provided and maintained about electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On April 15, 2015 employees were exposed to the hazards associated with a blocked electrical panel and the employer did not ensure that the panel was accessible to permit ready and safe operation. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
