OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 SECTION (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and  a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:  On or about April 9, 2015, employees preparing electrical panels for shipment to the job site were exposed to struck-by hazards. An electrical panel weighing several hundred pounds, measuring 84 inches tall X  60 inches wide X 13 inches deep was not secured to prevent tipping over and striking employees.   Among other Methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to secure the panels to the forklift until they are bolted to pallets for shipment.
