29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. The employer used the office roof structure to store equipment, and business files among other items without having the loads approved by the building official marked on plates and securely affixed in a conspicuous place. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: The employer stored a compressed gas cylinder (33 to 36 Lb. LPG gas approximately) inside the warehouse where all wood materials are stored, next to a wooden desk and other combustible materials. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
