On or about Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 45-10 19th Avenue, Astoria, NY 11105 Unused portions of a Biro MFG. vertical meat saw located in the Raw 1 Processing area of the building used by employees during the cutting of various type of meats (i.e. chicken and pork) was unguarded exposing employees to amputation hazards. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
