OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to having body parts caught-between large objects: (a) Friction-Stir Weld Center, Halo Lifting Device: On or about April 9, 2015, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards with their hands and fingers while connecting the 20 ton overhead crane hook to a tooling attachment point on a HALO lifting device.
