Cornerstone Interiors, Inc., Moses BMW: On or about 4/15/15, an employee working on a mobile scaffold 10'3" above the ground was working on a level that was not fully planked. Cornerstone Interiors, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313373995, Citation 01 Item Number 001a and was affirmed as final order on 08/16/10, with respect to a workplace located at 200 High Street, Glenville, WV 26351. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED.
