29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. 535 Mountain Ave., New Providence, NJ 07974 {Building 5}: Instances: 1} Employees working in concrete structuring operations were exposed to the unguarded ends of reinforced steel protruding up from the foundation circumferencing the outside edge of the porch area. 2} Employees working in concrete structuring operations were exposed to the unguarded ends of the reinforced steel ends protruding horizontally out from the iron work of the structure. {Upper level} Condition observed on or about 04/10/2015.
