29 CFR 1926.761(c)(2) The employer did not ensure that each connector had been provided training in the nature of the hazards associated with connecting; and, the establishment, access, proper connecting techniques and work practices required by 1926.756(c) and 1926.760(b): (a) At least one (1) employee, who was working from the second floor structural steel framework where he was making a beam-to-column connection, had not received connector training exposing him to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
