29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Location - 10 Sutherland Street, Lowell, MA: On or about 4/1/2015, employees performing electrical work on a roof that was 20 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the ground below. Vivint Solar, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902747, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/4/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Prospect Street, Hasbrouck Heights.
