29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. At the worksite located at 5170 Tuttle Crossing Blvd, Dublin OH, 43016, an employee working from an elevated vehicle mounted platform was not protected from falls by the use of a harness and lanyard, thereby exposing the employee to a 20 foot fall hazard.
