29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board. a) On March 19, 2015 a standard railing was not in-place at the work platform used by employees at the large meat grinder photo #1. Note: Certification of corrective action and documentation are required for this item.
