29 CFR 1926.501(b)(12): Each employee engaged in the erection of precast concrete members (including, but not limited to the erection of wall panels, columns, beams and floor and roof "tees") and related operations such as grouting ofprecast concrete members, who is 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) At the Westshore Yacht Club in Tampa Florida, two employees that were installing precast concrete products around the roof/chimney intersection of a building were observed without fall protection and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet on or about 04/16/2015.
