29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by in-going nip points, rotating parts, and/or flying chips and sparks:  1) Wood Exterior Door Area - An employee was using a Ryobi drill press (model number DP121L and serial AZ073624009) that was not equipped with a guard, exposing employees to a serious laceration hazard from rotating bit and chuck.
