29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP): a) Engine Room 3; On or about April 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the exit doors opening to the outside of Engine Room 3 were tight fitting doors as specified in ASHRAE Standard 15-2010 Section 8.11.2 which states each refrigerating machinery room shall have a tight-fitting door or doors opening outward. b) Engine Room 4; On or about April 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the exit doors opening to the outside of Engine Room 4 were tight fitting doors as specified in ASHRAE Standard 15-2010 Section 8.11.2 which states each refrigerating machinery room shall have a tight-fitting door or doors opening outward. c) Engine Room 1; On or about April 14, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the exit door opening to the inside of the production area from Engine Room 4 was tight fitting and opened outward as specified in ASHRAE Standard 15-2010 Section 8.11.2 which states each refrigerating machinery room shall have a tight-fitting door or doors opening outward.
