OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that employees were exposed to health hazards associated with accumulations of lead that employees may have skin contact with:    Accumulations of lead were found at the following areas on May 14, 2015:    (a) In the machine shop, wipe samples taken of the railing next to Buffoli Machine #1 showed 1707.0000 micrograms of lead;    (b) In the machine shop, wipe samples taken of the work bench by Buffoli Machine #4 showed 2980.7000 micrograms of lead;    Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is for the employer to develop and implement a rigorous housekeeping program to keep the accumulation of lead to a minimum.  Cleaning methods can include but are not limited to vacuuming with appropriate HEPA vacuums and/or cleaning with an appropriate lead cleaner.
