29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    (a) Maintenance Office, Desk Top Flammable Cabinet:  On or about April 14, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing a 14.1 Ounce Propane Fuel Cylinder with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, Oatey Blue Lava Hot PVC Cement and LPS 1 greaseless Lubricant in the same flammable storage cabinet.  (b) Maintenance Office, Flammable Cabinet:  On or about April 15, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards while storing three 14.1 Ounce Quick Start Ether Cylinders with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, one five gallon can gasoline and one two gallon Dolmar with gas/oil mix in the same flammable storage cabinet.  THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, GRAND CANYON FACILITY MANAGEMENT DIVISION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 994371, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 4, 2015, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BUILDING 1575, SHUTTLE BUS ROAD, GRAND CANYON, ARIZONA 86023.
