THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 913208, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 004 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 12, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT ASH MOUNTAIN, 47050 GENERALS HIGHWAY, THREE RIVERS, CALIFORNIA 93271.
