THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 913241, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON November 12, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT WOLVERTON WATER, SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK, CALIFORNIA 93262.
