29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Cave Springs Chlorinator Building: On or about April 15, 2015 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries to eyes with the path of travel from the hazard to the equipment was not free of obstructions when working on adding Western Family Bleach Concentrate to vat. THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, CHANNEL ISLANDS NATIONAL PARK WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 913241, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON November 12, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT WOLVERTON WATER, SEQUOIA NATIONAL PARK, CALIFORNIA 93262.
