29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    At the residential construction site, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in roofing activities were trained to recognize and avoid fall hazards exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system.  At the residential construction site, employees engaged in roofing activities installing roofing material without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet to the ground below.  Edgar Molina Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316095405, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2012, with a final abatement date of May 29, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4704 Redwood Ct., Irving, TX 75063.
