29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) Front , Left Side of Structure - Worker straddling the top plate was reaching out of the structure to nail plywood to the A frame not protected from falling 25' to the ground below, on or about 4/17/15.  b) Front Right, Second Floor Level - Worker standing at the edge of the structure was measuring and leveling a wood wall frame not protected from falling approximately 15' to the ground and scrap materials below, on or about 4/17/15.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
