29 CFR 1926.451(e)(6)(vi):  Integral prefabricated scaffold access frames did not have a maximum spacing between rungs of 16 3/4 inches (43 cm).  Non-uniform rung spacing caused by joining end frames together is allowed, provided the spacing does not exceed 16 3/4 inches (43 cm).   a)  Work Site:  The Legacy of Mountain Lakes, 5-8 Park Place and 26-30 Park Place, Mountain Lakes, NJ  Masonry employees were exposed to falls of up to 13 feet 10 inches to the ground below as the frames of the masonry tubular welded frame scaffold were not meant for climbing as the rung spacing was greater that 16 3/4 inches.    Violation observed on or about 04/11/2015.

29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):  Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity:  a)  Work Site:  The Legacy of Mountain Lakes, 5-8 Park Place and 26-30 Park Place, Mountain Lakes, NJ  Masonry employees were exposed to injury from falls or from scaffold collapse as the competent person had not inspected these scaffolds for visible defects prior to work beginning on April 11th.   Violation observed on or about 04/11/2015.

Violation observed on or about 04/11/2015.
