The employer did not ensure that sprinklers were not kept free as free as practicable from deposits by daily cleaning, or other means to keep sprinklers protected from overspray. Sprinkler heads were found to be uncovered and contaminated by overspray, and were not cleaned on a daily basis, on or about April 21, 2105.
