29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly legible letters not less than six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide:    a) Double Door Emergency Exit - The employer did not ensure employees could evacuate safely in the event of an emergency, as evident by the fact that the double door emergency exit did not have legible letters six (6) inches high and at least three fourths (3/4) inches wide, on or about April 21st, 2015.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:    a) Store Room Single Door Exit - The employer did not ensure that exit routes to be used by employees in the event of an emergency were kept free and unobstructed, as evident by the fact that the exit was marked by a pedestal fan, on or about April 21st, 2015.    b) Dock Single Door Exit - The employer did not ensure that exit routes to be used by employees in the event of an emergency were kept free and unobstructed, as evident by the fact that rolltainers (carts with cardboard) located on the dockside blocked the exit, on or about April 21st, 2015.    c) Staircase Egress From Loading Dock - The employer did not ensure that exit routes to be used by employees in the event of an emergency were kept free and unobstructed, as evident by the fact that rolltainers (carts with cardboard) blocked the staircase egress, on or about April 21st, 2015.    d) Double Door Exit Into Back Room - The employer did not ensure that exit routes to be used by employees in the event of an emergency were kept free and unobstructed, as evident by the fact that the double door marked EXIT was blocked from inside of the back room, on or about April 21st, 2015.
