29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Navy Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA, "King Hall" on or about 04/16/2015: An employee was not provided with any type of fall protection equipment while near a roof edge more than 6 feet above a lower level. The employee was exposed to fall hazards.
