29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:   a) 500 York Road, Annville, PA; Employees were using several 2 1/2 gallon containers of gasoline to refuel a Stihl Demo Saw Model # TS420 without having a fire extinguisher within 50 feet, on or about 04/21/2015.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
