29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on scaffolds more than 10 feet high were not protected from falling to the lower level: a) 75 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on and from Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold when there were no end rails installed at the ends of the walking/working platforms. In addition, the netting used along the workbench being used as the top rail was not secured in place. Condition occurred on or about 04/21/15.

29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. When the pump jack has to pass bracing already installed, an additional brace shall be installed approximately 4 feet (1.2 m) above the brace to be passed, and shall be left in place until the pump jack has been moved and the original brace reinstalled: a) 75 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Employees were exposed to fall hazards when the Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold they were working on was not properly secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing at the bottom and other points necessary to prevent scaffold from movement and possible collapse. Condition occurred on or about 04/21/15.
