The employees were exposed to a fall hazard that ranged from ten-foot (10') to twenty three-foot, eight-inches (23'8") above ground level as observed, on or about April 21, 2015.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is not required for this violation. The hazardous condition was corrected during the inspection.
