29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition.  On or about April 17, 2015, the handrail on the ramp leading to the rear entrance to the postal facility and the All Purpose Containers (APC) that were routinely contacted by postal employees were covered in bird feces. This condition exposed employees to disease hazards.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date completed, method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
