29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(2)(i): The employer did not exercise a due diligent attempt to inform employees and/or other employers about the presence or location of asbestos-containing material (ACM) and presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM): (a) U.S. Postal Service, 7755 E 56th Ave., Denver, CO 80217: On and before April 22, 2015, the employer did not exercise due diligence to inform employees of the presence or location of ACM or PACM in the Maintenance Office Shop. Employees were removing walls in the maintenance room that were anchored into tile and mastic that contained asbestos. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
